Q: What is the most effective form of marketing for my real estate business?
A: There is not a “magic answer” that will work for each agent because each agent has a unique business (buyers agent, listing agent, luxury properties, etc.). We recommend that you contact us for a free marketing analysis and proposal. Once you receive the proposal, you can them determine which efforts will fit your business and your budget.

Q: I think all this “social networking” is for kids and young adults – is it really that important to me?
A: YES! Example: I uploaded a client’s address book to LinkedIn and Facebook and within a month he had reconnected with old friends, past clients and his sphere of influence. By month two he was receiving referrals from out of state contacts that might have otherwise forgot that he was an agent in his state if the social networking had not kept him in their minds when needed.
