I have tried many screen sharing options over the past several years during my real estate marketing coaching calls.
Past problems: most have huges files to download to use, have a costly monthly fee or just don’t work the way you want it to.
I am part of a “Mastermind Mayhem” group (LOL) and we use it for our calls to share our screens with one another as each person teaches their topic.

It works very well to change back and forth between presenters and the file download takes less than 30 seconds to install the software to your desktop.

Diverse Solutions released their indexable IDX product IDXPress a year ago.

The results?

I am now biased towards their product. I love everything about it. Why?

I can build pages such as “View all condos for sale in zip code 89131″ or “View all homes for sale zoned for Shadow Ridge High School” — however I want to manipulate the data to return the results I want, it does it!

The IDXPress plugin is available in most MLS areas (I have had clients request it and it wasn’t available but all parties worked with the MLS to make it available.)

Not only can you build pages with your short code link but you can use the widgets they offer within the sidebar of your WordPress blog.
